How Innovative Recreation Programs Empower Veterans

In this episode of Shock & Awe 2.0, co-hosts Tony and Tahverlee are joined by two guests today. Since 2004, Vail Veterans Program, represented by Steven Dabroski, has transformed the lives of military injured and their families through innovative programs that build confidence and life-long relationships. Programs range from the adventurous to the connective, including summer and winter therapeutic recreational programming, caregiver-specific wellness events, and empowerment training. Also joining us is Lyle Tard, Founder and CEO of IMPACT Servant Leadership which he started in 2018. He is currently entering his 19th year as a Technical Sergeant in the United States Air Force and serves his country while still on active duty at the 305 Maintenance Group at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst as the NonCommissioned Officer in charge of Training Management.
